It all comes back to intimacy. Intimacy with God=intimacy with people. And it happens with prayer. WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND PRAYER!!!!

Prayer is tranformative - if we let it. Like you mention in this post if we want intimacy (and healthy relationships) with people then we need to work on our relationship with God first.
Prayer is often the first step in that process.
